Plant Sale

SCMGA held our annual plant sale on Sunday, May 21, 2017, from 9-1 in the parking lot of the Durham Town Hall, 8 Newmarket Rd, Durham, NH, 03824.

County residents were welcome to check out the locally grown perennials, annuals, vegetables, herbs, and trees.

There was an Ask a Master Gardener Table where individuals could find answers to  gardening questions, obtain soil testing information, and learn about upcoming UNH Cooperative Extension Master Gardener classes.

If you have any questions about our annual saleSCMGPhoto or if you have any plants you would like to donate, please contact us.

The proceeds from this event are used to fund our many Strafford County community gardening projects throughout the year and our UNH Scholarship.

We always look forward to talking about our favorite subject, gardening, and thank you for your continued support.

Have you ever wondered what happens to leftover plants? Some are used on current or future Strafford County gardening projects, while others are over wintered by generous Master Gardeners, and others are donated to the Barrington Bloomers Garden Club to be sold at the Friends of the Barrington Library Plant Sale. We pay it forward. 🌺

Our annual plants sale is our largest project. As soon as our 2017 sale was completed, we started planning for 2018.
